The youth rugby activities promise a cohesive host of values-driven programs, giving young participants the opportunity to learn everything rugby: from fundamentals to high-level skills.

After School Rugby.
Players will learn and practice rugby skill through games, drills, and scrimmages. Trained coaches create a positive environment where children can learn to safely play and truly love the fastest growing sport in the United States. After School rugby is for beginner players to advanced.

Try League Rugby.
Put developing skills in action by becoming part of the Try League. The season is in May and June and includes games on Saturdays. Experienced coaches ensure each player is given the opportunity to excel by taking into account each child’s age, size and ability level.

Summer Flag Rugby.
Flag rugby is a free-flowing game that allows all players to pick up the ball and run. The co-ed, four week program invites all players to develop rugby skills while also practicing teamwork and sportsmanship. All youth teams place the highest emphasis on teaching and ensuring safe play, but Summer Flag play is ideal for children who are enthusiastic about rugby but interested participating in the non-contact version of the game.

Winter Indoor Rugby.
This co-ed, non-contact winter indoor program lets players spend Saturday mornings practicing basic rugby skills. All games and drills will focus on running, catching, passing, kicking, and conditioning in preparation for upcoming spring sports.
