We know starting on a wellness program can be tough, especially within the first 60 days. We want you to succeed in your fitness goals, see results and be satisfied with your progress.

Welcome to the Fit-Connect program! Fit-Connect will provide you with TWO complimentary appointments with a certified personal trainer and is designed to help you get started with an individualized fitness program. Meeting with one of our certified personal trainers will help you stay on track and meet your fitness goals. To get started, just stop by the front desk to make your first appointment!  You may also contact Monica Henrichs with any questions or to schedule your appointment at mhenrichs@denverymca.org.

Meeting #1-Orientation Goals/Fitness Assessments
During your first meeting, you and your personal trainer will sit down and discuss your fitness goals, medical background and exercise history. From there, you will decide if you want a fitness assessment, or body composition screening or get straight to the equipment orientation. Together, you will work with your personal trainer on any equipment you want to learn more about. You will leave with an individualized program to help you get started!

Meeting #2-30 day check in
For your second meeting your trainer will check in on your progress. Go over your workout program and make changes as necessary. If you participated in any fitness assessment or body composition screening during your first meeting, this would be a great time to check your progress! This is also a good opportunity to add more to your program and ask your trainer any questions you have in regards to achieving your fitness goals.
